Alleged Poco C95 Pro 4G aka Redmi 17 4G Appears on Indonesian TKDN Certification Along With Redmi Note 17 4G

Earlier, we had spotted the alleged Poco C95 Pro 4G’s model number on Singapore’s IMDA regulatory authority website, and now, the same device has also appeared on the Indonesian TKDN certification database as well. Along with it, one model number allegedly belonging to the Redmi 17 4G, which is expected to be its rebranded version looking at the model number, and another one likely belonging to the Redmi Note 17 4G have also been spotted.

Here is what has been revealed.

Poco C95 Pro 4G aka Redmi 17 4G and Redmi Note 17 4G – TKDN Certification

Three model numbers – 2606FRN72Y, 2606FPC72Y, and 26012RN62Y – have been spotted on the Indonesian TKDN certification database. The first and the last model numbers have been listed under the Redmi branding, while the middle one has been listed under the Poco branding. All three devices are also revealed to arrive as 4G handsets.

While the monikers have not been mentioned on the TKDN certification listing, these three model numbers had earlier appeared on the GSMA database as well. The listing had revealed that the first two model numbers will come as rebranded versions of each other, with the 2606FRN72Y model number expected to be called the Redmi 17 4G, while the 2606FPC72Y model number is said to arrive as the Poco C95 Pro 4G. Both these devices are also expected to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 chip, and as per IMDA certification, NFC support will also be there.

Coming to the “26012RN62Y” model number, as per the GSMA database, it is expected to belong to the Redmi Note 17 device. However, a publication named XIMI Time had earlier speculated it to belong to the Redmi 17 4G, and had added that it would come equipped with the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 SoC. But the new GSMA database listing has confirmed that it is for the Redmi Note 17 4G.

Notably, this model number had also appeared on the FCC database as well, which revealed 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, 6GB/256GB, 6GB/512GB, 8GB/256GB, and 8GB/512GB as its memory variants. Its connectivity specs were also listed on the FCC database, revealing GSM/WCDMA/4G cellular connectivity, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth with BR/EDR/LE, and dual-band WiFi with 2.4GHz and 5GHz support.

To add, two other model numbers associated with this upcoming Redmi Note 17 4G device were also discovered on the GSMA database previously, and these are listed below.

  • 26012RN62A
  • 26012RN62L

These two model numbers are expected to belong to the global and Latin American variants of the device. Speaking more, the processor and other key specifications of the Redmi Note 17 4G are still yet to be discovered, and hopefully, more details concerning the upcoming smartphone will be revealed in the coming days as well.
