On the Chinese 3C certification database, a new Vivo-branded smartphone has now appeared. Although the certification itself does not specifically mention its exact moniker, current reports associate it with the upcoming Vivo X500 series, particularly the rumoured Vivo X500 Pro Max.

Alleged Vivo X500 Pro Max Gets 3C Certification
With the certificate number “2026011606887607”, a new Vivo device carrying the model number “V2602DA” has been certified via China’s 3C database. The listing reveals that the device was tested with chargers carrying the model numbers “V9082L0A1-CN”, “V9082L0E1-CN”, and “V9082L0F0-CN”, thereby revealing support for up to 90W fast charging.
As mentioned above, the certification itself does not reveal its marketing name, while current reports associate the V2602DA model number with the upcoming Vivo X500 Pro Max.
Interestingly, these same 90W charger model numbers were also seen recently with another Vivo smartphone carrying the model number “V2609A” on the 3C certification database, which, as per rumours, belongs to the Vivo X500. Thus suggesting that both upcoming X500 series models could arrive with 90W wired fast charging support.
Speaking more about the upcoming lineup, previous rumours have suggested that the Vivo X500 Pro Max could feature MediaTek’s next-generation Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. The device is also tipped to come with a 6.85″ 2K LTPO OLED display, a large 8,000mAh battery, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, though none of these specifications has been officially confirmed by Vivo yet.
Vivo has not yet officially shared any details regarding the upcoming X500 series, though with the devices now gradually making their way through certification platforms, we can expect more information to be revealed in the coming days.
