North Korea ruled by Kim Jong Un has been always in dark because of its autocratic government that is ruled by one generation only. Usually, the world gets very little information about North Korea because of the ban on the internet that deters them to have any connection with the world. An image taken from space shows North Korea and South Korea and this has been captured at night time in which it can be North Korea can be seen in the dark at night time and South Korea in light.
This is nothing but a reflection of the development of two neighbours who used to be part of the same nation. Other than the internet there are multiple other reasons that prevent the flow of information from North Korea which is government-owned propaganda media channels that only shows the news that the government of North Korea want them to show. Those who have anyhow managed to flee from North Korea have testified that it is prohibited for them to even think ill of their leaders, and government have a major influence on daily decisions made by the people there.
