(Update)OnePlus 8T user complains about a green line in their display after updating

OnePlus 8T is quite a good phone with 5G capability and is powered by Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 865. However today we are not going to talk about the features of this phone but rather a problem that is coming to its users.

One user posted on Twitter about the problem that he faced with his OnePlus 8T smartphone. He posted a picture of his smartphone on social media. In the picture, we can see that the screen has developed a green line from top to bottom. The user further stated that he got this problem after updating his smartphone. The update was OxygenOS C.36, and several users have reported multiple problems with this update.

One user posted on XDA Forum that his phone didn’t boot up for like two hours and was able to finally boot it up. But after the phone restarted he wasn’t able to download anything. However, some users posted that this problem might be limited to EU users only.

Another user posted his phone’s picture and it showed two lines.

Update: The person from whom we picked up the story has stated Not as a user, I’m from Oneily Gadget
