Japanese consumer electronics and musical equipment brand AKAI has launched new audio products in the Indian market, consisting of the AKAI SB-24 Bluetooth Soundbar, AKAI BD-24 Bluetooth Speaker, AKAI PM-1400 TURBO, AKAI PM-2400 TURBO and the PartyMate Series of Party Speakers.

AKAI SB-24 Bluetooth Soundbar – Specifications and Features
Starting with the AKAI SB-24 Bluetooth Soundbar, it offers a 24W RMS audio output as it uses two 2.25″ drivers and connectivity-wise, it supports Bluetooth 5.3, USB, AUX, and TF card input, along with TWS pairing.
RGB lighting, an IPX4 splash resistance rating, a 2,400mAh battery which is claimed to offer up to five hours of playback and USB Type-C charging are all supported. A built-in microphone is also provided for hands-free calling.
AKAI BD-24 Bluetooth Speaker – Specifications and Features
The AKAI BD-24 portable Bluetooth speaker also offers a 24W RMS audio output; however, it uses a 2.5″ driver. It features a Class D switching amplifier and supports Bluetooth 5.0, USB, AUX, and TF card connectivity. TWS pairing is supported as well.
This one also comes with RGB lighting and a built-in microphone. But compared to the SB-24 soundbar, it features a 3,600mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to five hours of playback, and USB Type-C charging is also supported.
AKAI PM-1400 TURBO – Specifications and Features
Coming to the AKAI PM-1400 TURBO Party Speaker, it delivers a 140W RMS audio output through its dual 8″ woofers and offers TWS pairing, allowing you to connect two units to achieve a combined 280W stereo output.
The party speaker comes with a rechargeable wireless microphone, while a wired microphone input is also provided. Other features include RGB lighting and a digital display. Its connectivity options consist of Bluetooth, USB, TF card, and AUX.
The AKAI PM-1400 TURBO packs a 4,500mAh battery, which is claimed to offer up to four hours of playback. It also comes with a one-year brand warranty.

AKAI PM-2400 TURBO – Specifications and Features
Finally, the AKAI PM-2400 TURBO is revealed to deliver a 240W RMS audio output using dual 10″ woofers and a dedicated tweeter. Its TWS pairing feature allows two units to be connected for a combined 480W stereo output.
The party speaker also features a dedicated guitar input and comes with a rechargeable wireless microphone. Karaoke support, voice effects, and RGB lighting are also offered.
It packs a larger 7,200mAh battery, which is claimed to provide up to 4 to 4.5 hours of playback.
Pricing and Availability
The AKAI PM-2400 TURBO carries a price tag of INR 23,990, whereas the SB-24 Soundbar and BD-24 Bluetooth Speaker carry the pricing of INR 2,399 and INR 2,437, respectively. Pricing for the AKAI PM-1400 TURBO and other PartyMate Series has not yet been disclosed.
