Microsoft Restructures its Services with AI

Google had recently introduced its all new conversational AI service called Bard powered by LaMDA(Language Model for Dialogue Application) and made to assist its users with more accurate and insightful search results. The AI service has already been shared to Google’s testers and in the coming weeks will be made available to the public.

Following this, Microsoft has also decided to reorganize its services which includes Microsoft Bing and Edge with its next generation OpenAI model which the company claims to be more powerful than the ChatGPT. Microsoft has also introduced the Microsoft Prometheus model, inorder to get the best performance from its new AI model.

Just like Google’s Bard, the OpenAI model introduced by Microsoft will also help its users to receive more insightful answers and will help them in finding the best and accurate answers by reviewing all the search results made available across the web. In the newly introduced sidebar, the users will also be provided with comprehensive answers for their questions which they can view if they want.

The chat experience in Microsoft Edge will also be improved and the new AI service will assist its users with more questions and search links until they have what they needed. In the Edge sidebar, users will also be able to ask for the summary of a lengthy report and will also be able to compare it with another to find more details in its comparison.

The all new AI service has also been made to prevent its users from receiving harmful content by addressing the issues of misinformation and disinformation. Content blocking and data safety has also been ensured with its new AI service. The AI service also prevents the promotion of harmful or discriminatory contents as well.

The all new Bing, powered by the new OpenAI model is made available starting from today and users can now start using the AI services to get more accurate and insightful search results.
