OnePlus Pad receives OxygenOS 14.0.0.500 update with improvement in battery life

OnePlus launched its first pad last year in April. And now the brand has released its due update for February 2024. This update carries a build number OPD2203_14.0.0.500(EX01) and is released for India, Europe, and the Global region. This update will bring some key improvements that some users were facing issues with.

Changelog: OxygenOS 14.0.0.500 for the OnePlus Pad

As per the changelog, the first improvement it will bring in is a reduction in power consumption, which in turn is expected to increase the overall battery life. Some users who were unable to add calendar events will also be able to do so after this update. Other issues like screen flickering issues when switching from landscape to portrait mode, and being unable to switch between apps in recent tasks have also been addressed in this update.

Probably some users were also facing an issue wherein some information was not being displayed properly when connected via Multi-Screen Connect has also been addressed. Last but not least, it carries the Feb 2024 Android Security Patch update.

Now we all know that updates are released in batches, so you can expect it to reach your tablet soon.
