Cheteshwar Pujara went unsold in the first round of the 2nd auction day.

Cheteshwar Pujara was considered a Test cricketer from day one. In T20 cricket, he has also achieved the feat of scoring a century. As part of the Syed Mushtaq Ali 2018-19, he scored a century against Railways. Pujara played in IPL from 2010 to 2014. He scored 390 runs in 22 innings. He had a strike rate of 99. There was only one fifty. He is going through the poor form for the moment. Maybe he should be dropped from the Test team as well.
Pujara was purchased by Chennai Super Kings in the 2021 IPL auction. However, he never played in an IPL match.
