Thozis Corp. is a Russian investment firm owned by Zakhar which is involved in the Yuzhny satellite city project in Saint Petersburg. One of Russia’s largest development projects, it has been designated as a priority investment as part of the 2020 Strategy and receives government support.
Anonymous provided this data set like so many others that have recently brought transparency to Russia, in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the war crimes committed by Russian forces. It is stepping up its efforts to punish Russia for its invasion of Ukraine by promising a data dump that will “blow Russia away.”
