OnePlus 13 – July 2026 Update Rolling Out in India
The latest software update for the OnePlus 13 smartphone is being rolled out with the firmware version ‘CPH2649_16.0.9.401(EX01)’, and it has a total download size of 1.27GB. The update also integrates the July 2026 Android security patch, further improving the overall system security of the device.

Speaking more, the changelog mentions the addition of a wider selection of custom fingerprint icons and animations, offering users more personalization choices. A new ‘Primrose/Bold B&W’ camera filter has also been added, along with several other improvements and optimizations. As stated above, similar features were also introduced for the OnePlus 15 users with its recently released July 2026 software update.

Regarding its availability, the latest OnePlus 13 update is currently being rolled out only for users in the Indian region. It may eventually be made available to users in other global markets too, however, the exact rollout timeline for the other regions has not been mentioned anywhere on the official announcement page.
Also to add, another important detail highlighted by a few OnePlus 13 users online is the arrival of dual eSIM support. This feature reportedly allows users to add and use a secondary eSIM on the device. However, just like the July 2026 update released for the OnePlus 15, the official changelog for the OnePlus 13 does not mention the addition of dual eSIM support. Despite this, several users online have claimed to have received the option following the latest update.
