The Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus, has started to roll out the OxygenOS 13.1.0.591 update to its OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone. Along with a system fix, the update brings the August 2023 Android security patch to the device.

OnePlus 10 Pro OxygenOS 13.1.0.591 Update
The OxygenOS 13.1.0.591 update that is currently being rolled out for the OnePlus 10 Pro, is only for the Indian users of the smartphone and the update comes with a firmware version of NE2211_13.1.0.591(EX01).
The update will fix the issue causing the dial pad to become inaccessible while attending a call and, as mentioned above, the update will integrate the device with the August 2023 Android security patch. It should also be noted that the device will be adopting a new OTA version format with this OxygenOS update.
The OxygenOS 13.1.0.591 update is also an incremental update and as always, will be rolled out in batches. Some of the smartphone users in India would have probably received the update and for others, it will be rolled out in a few days.
To submit feedback, Indian users can submit it on the pop-up menu which appears on dialing “*#800#”, or they may submit it on the feedback form given on the respective update page or directly on the update thread.
