Vivo Y28 5G smartphone appeared on Google Play Console Support Devices List

Vivo can soon refresh its Y series with the Y28 5G smartphone. This smartphone has earlier appeared on the Indian BIS certification website though its moniker was not confirmed then. And then later it appeared on Bluetooth SIG certification with the model number V2315. Now ahead of its launch, the Vivo Y28 5G has appeared on Google Play Console with the same model number confirming the moniker.

This appearance though gives a hint of its near launch but does not reveal anything regarding specs.

To get an idea of specs let’s get to know about its predecessor Y27 5G smartphone.

The Vivo Y27 5G smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset paired with Mali G57 MC2 GPU. It features a 6.64-inch wide IPS LCD display.

In the camera section, it boasts a 50 MP primary camera with a 2 MP camera on the rear. The front side of the handset comes with an 8 MP camera. It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 15W wired fast charging. It came in two colour variants Satin Purple and Mystic Black colour options. For security, it also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
