Realme, the Chinese consumer electronics maker, debuted its Realme 12 Pro series late last month in January 2024 comprising of the 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ models, while the vanilla 12 and 12+ devices are yet to be unveiled.
Realme India has now officially teased the Realme 12+ 5G in the Indian market, confirming that this device will soon be launching in India.

Realme 12+ 5G Teased to Arrive Soon in India
The Realme 12+ 5G has been teased with the tagline “One More Plus”, and the device is claimed to be an ultimate value mid-ranger. Via the brand’s official Indian Twitter/X handle, it has also been revealed that this smartphone will be arriving soon.
The landing page for the upcoming device is also currently live on its official website in India, pointing out that the smartphone will be featuring twelve upgrades that have never been seen on other smartphones. One of the 12 upgrades will be the much-awaited luxury design of the segment.

Speaking of some of the recent updates, the Realme 12+ 5G and an alleged Realme 12 5G smartphone were spotted on the BIS database of India, suggesting that the Realme 12 5G device will also likely be released in India. The Realme 12+ 5G launch in other countries like UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, the US, and China has also been confirmed with its TDRA, NBTC, SIRIM, FCC, and TENAA certification. The Malaysian launch is scheduled to be on the 29th of February 2024.
Specs such as a 2.6GHz octa-core processor – Dimensity 7050 5G, 6GB/8GB/12GB/16GB RAM options, 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage options, Android 14 based Realme UI 5, 6.67″ AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display, 50MP( LYT-600 OIS) + 8MP + 2MP triple rear camera unit, 16MP selfie camera, 5000 mAh battery, and 67W fast charge support can all be expected on the device. It will have Pioneer Green and Navigator Beige color choices.
