Today, Redmi’s Brand General Manager Wang Teng Thomas has thrown a surprise on the Redmi fans. Earlier it was revealed that Redmi may soon come with a new series of smartphones. But it wasn’t known what this new series will be called. However, now it has been revealed that the new series will be called the “Turbo” series and will have its first smartphone as “Redmi Turbo 3”.
Mr. Thomas further stated that this new series smartphone will come equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 series chipset. So this would mean that Redmi Turbo 3 will come equipped with the recently launched Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Processor.

The Redmi Turbo 3 is likely to launch this very month in China and this new series has been codenamed “Little Tornado”. It would be better to wait for more news to come in about this new series. He has further stated that he will be revealing more details about this upcoming Turbo Series today at 7 PM China time. Earlier rumors were that the Redmi 13 Turbo would be coming in China this month, but now it looks like there won’t be a Note 13 Turbo. So, all of the rumors that were shared earlier for the Note 13 Turbo, we may see those specs in Redmi Turbo 3.
