Nothing founder Carl Pei or say Carl Bhai for now is nowadays preparing for the launch of a new phone named Nothing Phone(2a). This phone is announced to launch on 5th March 2024. Just a while ago OnLeaks in collaboration with the SmartPrix brought the alleged renders of Nothing Phone(2a). Later tipster dropped it, citing various reasons behind it that again blew the discussion around the renders of Nothing Phone(2a).
Finally, OnLeaks has again come with Nothing Phone(2a) 5K renders in collaboration with the SmartPrix. This exclusive report also reveals the possible specs that it can come with.
Nothing Phone(2a) renders
The Nothing Phone(2a) 5K CAD-based renders have been leaked in Dark Gray colour. Its rear panel shows the dual camera setup horizontally arranged inside a centrally placed circular island. The cameras are placed in a pill-shaped cutout. And the flash can be seen placed just beside the cameras.
Now coming on to its Glyphy light that has been a characteristic design aspect of the Nothing Phones, it is concentrically arranged around the circular camera island. In total, there are three light strips. The rear panel shows the semi-transparent design and at the bottom left corner the Nothing branding. The front side of the renders suggest that the phone can come with the minimum bezels, centrally located punch hole cutout, and metallic frame and buttons.
Leaked specs of Nothing Phone(2a)
Nothing Phone(2a) can come with the 6.7 inch wide FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. As far as the camera is concerned it can feature an ISOCELL S5KG9 50MP camera with OIS and an ISOCELL JN1 50MP ultrawide camera on the rear side. The front side of the smartphone can boast a 32MP selfie camera.
Recently Nothing CEO Carl Pei confirmed that the handset won’t be powered by Dimensity 7200 SoC whereas will be powered by Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC with 12GB RAM + 8GB RAM booster. It can be backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging. It can run Android 14 out of the box. Features like NFC and AI wallpaper generation can also be seen with it.
Expected Price
The price of the handset can be under Rs 25,000 as per the report whereas its base variant can be priced at Rs 23,999 with offers.
