After months of leaks and rumors, iQOO has officially launched its latest iQOO 12 series in China a few days back. The series included two smartphones- iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro. Among both the devices, iQOO 12 5G is also officially confirmed to launch in the Indian market on December 12, 2023. Recently iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya also teased the white edition of iQOO 12 5G smartphone on the X platform.
Ahead of its official launch, the iQOO 12 5G support page is now made live on Amazon’s official website which confirms that the device will be made available for purchase via Amazon in India.

The support page reveals that iQOO 12 5G will be India’s first smartphone that will be powered by the newly launched Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It also showcases that the other details of iQOO 12 5G like design, gaming specs, and camera specs will be revealed through the website in the coming days. Recently the device was teased in a white color variant while the support page showcases the black variant which confirms that iQOO 12 5G will be made available to Indian consumers in these variants. There is no confirmation about the availability of the Red color variant in India.

The iQOO 12 smartphone is going to be India’s first smartphone to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It runs on Android 14-based OriginOS custom user interface.
It comes with a 6.78-inch wide 1260×2800 pixels resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate display. The camera section includes a triple camera setup on the rear featuring a 50 MP main camera, a periscope telephoto camera of 64 MP, and an ultrawide camera of 50 MP. And there is a 16 MP selfie camera. The handset is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 120W charging.
