Is Flipkart a reliable website or is it just scamming you in the name of discounts

When everything is going online in the era of technology mode, Flipkart is considered as one of the most reliable websites for online shopping. But what happens when these reliable websites scam you?
A middle class person ordering something and not getting it delivered and having his money stuck in this process is a problem. It is mainly sellers, intermediate persons, and delivery boys who are at fault in this process.
Recently a resident from Delhi ordered 3 sets of air purifier filters but when he received the parcel there was only one set of filter. During the delivery the customer had to pay the full amount only then he would receive the parcel so he was not able to check it. The model was also different from the actual model ordered from the site. He would have received delivery separately for the products if he had ordered them separately on separate days. Such scams would not have been possible. There is a loophole here.
Flipkart customer care was also of no help when contacted as the order was delivered. The customer somehow arranged the details of the seller from google but it was of no help as they are not properly responding to the customer and are somehow delaying to look into the matter.

Now the customer is in the tussle of flipkart and the flipkart seller. He has lost his money and has also not received his order, basically becoming prey to a scam.
So, be careful when purchasing multiple products at once on Flipkart. While Flipkart provides more discounts than Amazon, they compensate for this with some fake or refurbished products. Thus looting the customers and not providing the services they promise for. There are several complains like this and flipkart has hardly solved one uyet.
