Star Sports’ new promo for IPL 2022 features MS Dhoni in a stunning new look. As usual, IPL promos highlight the quirky side of MS Dhoni in an out of this world manner this time around.
Although Star Sports did not release the entire promo, the teaser and first look were enough to intrigue fans. MS Dhoni appeared last year in a monk avatar, teaching cricket lessons to his wards.
MS Dhoni’s looks have been inspired by Narcos’ Javier Pena, who fought drug cartels to end Pablo Escobar’s reign in Colombia, judging by the teaser. However, fans will have to wait a little longer until the full promo is released.
While this is going on, MS Dhoni has decided to open CSK’s Surat practice on March 7. His tactical acumen and quick decision making make him a popular player. The master-move Dhoni made for CSK even before the start of IPL stunned everyone. As soon as the BCCI announced that the entire league phase of IPL 2022 will take place in Maharashtra, Dhoni and CSK decided to move their training camp from Chennai to Surat.
