Home Up – Direct Install from One UI Settings?
This update comes from the tipster @UniverseIce and as per what he has revealed via an X post, the Home Up app can be installed directly through the One UI Settings. Yes, he also adds that users won’t have to install the Good Lock app for it. It should however be noted that this function is available only on One UI 7, and users are said to find it on the Home Screen Settings page by clicking on the ‘More customizations’ option.
However, while some users have shared that this integration by Samsung is a good move, it has to be mentioned that many users have revealed that they are not able to find such an option on their latest One UI 7 running devices. Probably, they may have to wait and eventually the option is likely to be made available to them as well.
In related news, a new Home Up app version with firmware version of ‘16.0.00.56’ for Galaxy S24 series One UI 7 beta testers is also now available. You may check it out here.
