Qualcomm’s Snapdragon summit from October 24 to October 26 in Hawaii is where tech enthusiasts will witness the launch of the much-awaited Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Just recently a leaked email screenshot revealed this chipset can come in two variants. Ahead of its official launch, a new update has come out revealing key information about this new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
A reliable tipster named Digital Chat Station has revealed the AnTuTu score for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor ahead of its launch. As per the tipster, these scores have been obtained from a device that features LPDDR5T RAM but commercial models will only feature LPDDR5X chips.

As per the score revealed by Tipster, there is a 25 percent increase in the overall AnTuTu score in comparison to the predecessor. There is a 40 percent difference in the scores obtained in the GPU test. The post reveals that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor has scored overall a score of two million, 840,000 points in the GPU test and 440,000 in the CPU test.
While the new processor’s CPU score has not shown a major leap, its GPU has taken the lead with a 40% improvement. It’s worth mentioning here that these scores have been revealed to have come from a device that featured faster LPDDR5T RAM. When it is used with the LPDDR5X technology a significant difference is expected to appear in scores.
