There have been several times when Zoom took Twitter to inform its users that they are working on issues faced by users.
“Zoom users impacted by this issue should now be able to host, join & participate in Zoom Meetings & Zoom Video Webinars if they restart their sessions. We continue to assess & monitor. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused”.
This tweet was posted by Zoom on the 17th of May 2020 when users were facing issues while joining and hosting the meet.
This time again user’s from all across the world requested Zoom to resolve issues that their problems for which Zoom stated that “We are aware of issues currently impacting Zoom. Our engineering team is investigating this matter”.
After days without any reply, this seems a ray of hope, and users who have been facing problems with Zoom would resume their online meetings soon.
But Zoom has mentioned website status.zoom.us where users would be able to check if the problem has been resolved or not.
