About EEMS 2.0
The EEMS 2.0 portal is a full digital support system for job seekers, offering:
- Smart Registration: Create your professional digital CV in minutes
- Self-assessment: Discover your strengths through skill-based assessments
- Easy Applications: Access job opportunities and job fair updates instantly
- Everything mobile: A dedicated app provides convenient access to services, including marking your internship attendance and remote participation
This is a comprehensive one-stop digital platform to address the diverse needs of youth, departmental users and other stakeholders. The portal facilitates seamless registration of unemployed individuals, organisation and management of job fairs, submission of applications for exposure visits, and efficient implementation of the Mukhymantri Yuva Sambal Scheme (MYSY).
The portal is integrated with various digital services such as RajSSO, Jan Aadhaar, Raj e-Sign, DigiLocker, and robust fraud detection and control mechanisms, enabling secure and seamless access for job seekers, employers and counsellors.
Employers can post vacancies, manage recruitment processes and engage in job fairs, while counsellors provide career guidance to enhance employability.
The platform aims to strengthen the delivery of employment services by enhancing transparency, responsiveness, efficiency, and accessibility, while supporting better monitoring, planning, and decision-making for all stakeholders.
