This new feature is said to be inspired by Meta’s Movie Gen models.
How to get started?
First, upload a video to the Meta AI app, Meta AI website, or Edits app. Then explore more than 50 editing prompts to transform 10 seconds of your video for free for a limited time.
Users can turn their video into a graphic novel, change the lighting of a video, or turn their video into a video game with fluorescent lighting and battle clothing. If you are using the Edits and Meta AI app, you can share your edited videos directly to Facebook and Instagram. In the Meta AI app and Meta AI web, you can share your edited videos directly to the Discover feed.
This generative AI video editing feature will help you express yourself through video, connect with others, and bring your best ideas to life. It’s available in the US and more than a dozen countries around the world. Meta has also revealed that later this year, you will be able to edit your own text prompts to make your video edits exactly as you imagine them.
