PUBG Developer Krafton all set to launch two new games by 2022

South Korean firm, Krafton owns PUBG Corporation. In a conversation with Bloomberg, Krafton CEO Kim Chang-Han mentioned that they aim to make PUBG a big franchise and won’t turn it into a ‘one-hit-wonder.’

However, there have been hints towards a sequel to both PUBG and PUBG Mobile potentially being worked on since early last year. They are allegedly called PUBG 2 and PUBG Mobile 2.

Presumably, the battle royale title based on PUBG will launch on platforms such as PCs, gaming consoles, and mobile too.

There have also been rumours about a third project titled, The Callisto Protocol. It is set 300 years into the future, a survival-horror game in the PUBG universe. It is also said to be released sometime in 2022.

Meanwhile, PUBG cooperation is working hard on relaunching the mobile version to India. The game was banned in India under the Section 69A of the Information Technology Act claiming Pubg Moblie App was engaged in activities that are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of the country.
