The third edition of the Campus Dominate 2026 initiative that has been announced by OnePlus is said to be the biggest edition yet, and it will be taking place across 16 universities in eight cities over the next two months. The nationwide collegiate esports initiative will be engaging more than 100,000 students along with over 50 creators through competitive esports, hands-on product experiences, creator interactions, community-led activities, UGC contests, and exclusive OnePlus merchandise giveaways.
In its tournament process, students will be forming 4-player teams and competing within their own universities in BGMI 4v4 matches. Later, the best team from each of the 16 participating universities will be selected as their campus champion. Afterwards, these 16 winning teams will be traveling to the Grand LAN Finale in New Delhi in August 2026, thereby letting them battle head-to-head for the championship and the prize money of INR 10,00,000.
Speaking of the on-ground experience, the tournament will also be anchored by a massive OnePlus Gaming Truck, and it will transform college campuses into immersive gaming arenas. Also, with the help of this gaming truck, OnePlus will be bringing competitive esports, product experiences, creator interactions, gaming challenges, UGC contests, and community-led activities directly to students as well.
The Pune leg of the Campus Dominate 2026 initiative has already been hosted at G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management on June 29, 2026, and it witnessed the participation of over 3,500 students and 893 Campus Pro players. Also, all the competitive matches of the tournament will be played exclusively on the OnePlus Nord 6, thereby allowing students to experience the gaming-first performance of the device as well.
To add, Campus Dominate has evolved into one of India’s exciting collegiate esports properties, and this year, OnePlus is significantly scaling the initiative with more campuses, deeper on-ground engagement, larger creator participation, and stronger community-led activities.
Commenting on the initiative, Ishita Grover, Director – Marketing, OnePlus India said, “Over the past year, we’ve spent a lot of time understanding what truly resonates with Gen Z, and gaming emerged as one of the strongest passion points.
