New Copilot for Gaming Feature Introduced: Coming Soon on Xbox Mobile App

On a recent official Xbox podcast with Fatima Kardar – Xbox Corporate Vice President of Gaming AI and Jason Ronald – Vice President of Next Generation, the latest Copilot for Gaming feature was introduced and Xbox Insiders are soon going to get an early preview of this new feature on mobile. The Copilot for Gaming feature, as per what has been shared, is said to act as a personalized gaming companion, assisting users in getting to their games faster, coaching to improve their skills, and also helping them connect better with their friends and communities.

Newly-Introduced Copilot for Gaming Feature Coming Soon on Xbox Mobile App

The Copilot for Gaming feature has been built keeping three principles together – personalization, capability, and adaptability, and it is made to enhance users’ gaming experience. As mentioned by Fatima Kardar in the podcast, the players will have full control over it, and it is them who decide when and how to interact with Copilot.

Furthermore, a highlight feature of Copilot for Gaming is time management, as players will be able to spend less time on tasks like searching, downloading, and updating, and spend more time on actually gaming. In total, with Copilot for Gaming, the brand aims to offer Xbox users a much more seamless and personalized user or gaming experience. To add, In-Game Assistance is also a future feature that Xbox gamers can look forward to, which will provide situation-specific advice in order to overcome challenges and improve the gameplay.

As pointed out above, via the brand’s Xbox Insider program, players will soon be able to access this new feature on mobile devices first, and later it will also be gradually expanded to more devices too. Feedback is also expected from users, and it is believed to shape the direction of this gaming product.
