After a lot of delays, Rockstar Games announced that the much-awaited Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) will be officially released on 19th November. Pre-orders for this upcoming game started in India as well as in global markets in June 2026.
The game will arrive in two versions: Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition. Pre-orders are already live on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store. Well, Indian players can now order the game via Flipkart as well.
GTA VI Standard Edition for PS5: Listed on Flipkart
The GTA VI Standard Edition for PS5 is found listed on Flipkart. Interested consumers can pre-order the game at Rs 5,999.
In August, Rockstar Games shared GTA VI: An Extended Look on Netflix and YouTube. This 26-minute showcase revealed car chases and shoutouts, scripted cinematics with playable sequences, giving viewers environmental detail, vehicle handling and combat encounters. It also gave a clear picture of protagonists Jason and Lucia, navigating the criminal underworld of Leonida. Rockstar revealed that the entire preview was captured on PS5 hardware, which allowed the studio to show off lighting, traffic density and crowd behaviour running on console rather than a PC demo rig. It was also confirmed that the footage targets 30 frames per second on PS5.
