Earlier, Xiaomi teased the arrival of a new power bank in the Indian market, however, its moniker and complete specifications were not revealed at the time. The brand has now confirmed that the upcoming accessory is the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i, which will arrive as the successor to the Power Bank 4i. Its India launch date and several key specifications have also been revealed.

Xiaomi Power Bank 5i – India Launch Confirmed Along With Key Specifications
As per the dedicated microsites hosted on Xiaomi India’s official website and Amazon India, the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i is scheduled to break its cover in the Indian market on July 23rd, 2026, at 12PM IST.
The upcoming accessory carries the complete moniker ‘Xiaomi Power Bank 5i 20000mAh 67W with Integrated Cable’, thereby confirming its battery capacity, maximum charging output, and built-in cable design.
Speaking of its major highlight, the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i will pack a large 20,000mAh battery and support up to 67W Turbo Charging. Because of this, the accessory will be capable of charging compatible smartphones, tablets, and even certain laptops.
The power bank will also support up to 65W fast self-charging, allowing users to recharge its large battery at a faster speed using a compatible charger. However, Xiaomi has not yet revealed its complete recharge time through the Indian microsites.
Regarding its design, the upcoming power bank will feature an integrated charging cable. Apart from charging compatible devices, the built-in cable can also be used as a carrying loop, making it easier to hold or carry the accessory while travelling.
Speaking more, a digital display has also been provided on the device. It will show the remaining battery level in real time, allowing users to easily check how much power is left without depending on conventional LED indicators.
For safety, the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i will come with 12 layers of protection. These are expected to protect the accessory and connected devices against charging-related issues such as overheating, overcharging, excessive current, and short circuits.
Also to add, the brand has confirmed that the upcoming Xiaomi Power Bank 5i will be manufactured in India.
Looking at its specifications, the device appears to be based on the globally available Xiaomi 67W Power Bank 20000 with Integrated Cable, which also offers a 20,000mAh battery, up to 67W output, 65W self-charging, a digital display, and support for charging multiple types of devices.
