Realme on Friday announced the Realme Care+ service for all of its smartphones, which offers advantages including extended warranties, protection from liquid spills and accidents, and screen protection. The Realme Care+ package is a component of the business’s brand-new Care service platform, which offers “smooth and streamlined end-to-end customer assistance for its subscribers.” More than 70 million Realme users will have access to both online and offline contact points, such as a WhatsApp support hotline and social media help. More than 1,000 service centres have allegedly been created by Realme around the nation. All of these centres will provide the new Realme Care+ service.

Users of Realme phones will pay a starting fee of Rs. 489 for the Realme Care+ subscription. The Privileged tier is the one with the most services offered among the several tiers that make up this package.

Customers may purchase “Mobile Protection Services” through a variety of packages under the Realme Care+ Privileged plan, including an extended 1-year warranty, 1-year screen protection, and 1-year accidental and liquid protection.
