Xiaomi 18 Pro series camera details teased ahead of tomorrow’s debut in China

The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi will unveil its latest Xiaomi 18 Pro series tomorrow in its home country, China, at 19:00 (local time). Ahead of this upcoming launch, the brand has teased the camera details of the Xiaomi 18 Pro smartphone series via the Weibo platform.

Xiaomi 18 Pro series: Camera details teased

The Xiaomi 18 Pro series debuts with a dual 200MP Leica imaging system, featuring a Leica 200MP 1/1.28” ultra-large sensor main camera and a Leica 200MP 1/1.56” ultra-large sensor periscope telephoto lens. This imaging system delivers clarity in both near and far, bright and dark scenes.

The periscope telephoto lens features a native 75mm golden focal length supporting 3.2x optical zoom and a 12.8x lossless zoom dual-lens floating structure, supporting 12cm telephoto macro photography, capturing clear images at all distances and in varying light and dark conditions.

Apart from this, the Xiaomi 18 Pro series debuts the ‘Legendary Moment’ large-model image sensor, with data directly transmitted to the Cloud, millions of sample images for multi-dimensional training to achieve camera-level optical bokeh and image quality comparable to professional cameras, making every still image a masterpiece.
