Xiaomi 15 Series India Launch Also Confirmed; Xiaomi 15 Ultra Details Leaked Via a Russian Retailer
The Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi, has already confirmed that it will be unveiling its 15 series flagships globally next month in March 2025, while the China debut of the 15 Ultra flagship is expected to take place this month in February 2025. Now, via the brand’s official India X handle, the 15 series launch in India has also been confirmed for next month. Moreover, via a Russian retailer online listing, the details concerning the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra have also be leaked.

Xiaomi 15 Series – India Launch Confirmed
The Xiaomi 15 series was revealed earlier to debut in the global market on the 2nd of March 2025, and on the same day, the brand’s latest flagship series will also be unveiled in the Indian market too. It is believed that just like last year, this time too the brand is expected to launch the standard Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra models globally as well as for Indian consumers.
Speaking more, both the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro models have been debuted and made available to Chinese consumers, and the pre-orders for the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra model went live in the brands home market early this month in February 2025. As per reports, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra China launch may take place on the 26th of February 2025.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra – Leaked Details Via Russian Retailer
Coming to the leaked details of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra flagship, the global model of the device is suggested to arrive with key specs like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite (4.32 GHz) chip, Android 15 OS, up to 1TB storage, 6.73″ AMOLED display (with 3200 x 1440 pixels resolution, HDR support, and Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0 protection), 50MP + 50MP + 50MP + 200MP quad camera setup (with OIS), 32MP selfie camera, 5410 mAh battery backup, and 90W wired fast charging (along with wireless and reverse wireless charging capabilities).
Other notable specs include 161.3 x 75.3 x 9.48 mm dimension, 229 gm weight, and an IP68-rated body. Furthermore, 2G/3G/4G/5G network, WiFi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity supports, as well as AOD display, OTG, under-display fingerprint scanner, multiple navigation systems (Beidou, Galileo, GPS, & GLONASS) and other sensors (gyroscope & accelerometer) are also part of the device.
Also, the three color variants of the device have also been revealed and we can expect it in Black, White, and a dual tone color (Black x White/Grey). Additionally, even if the pricing details hasn’t been revealed via the Russian retailer listing, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is possibly going to be made available at EUR 1,499 (~ USD 1,573) in the global market.
