The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Vivo has already unveiled multiple smartphone models under its Y300 series and in its home market alone, the brand has unveiled the Y300, Y300i, Y300t, Y300 Pro, and Y300 Pro+ models. A new Y300 series smartphone launch has also now been announced in the country and its pre-booking has gone live.

Vivo Y300 GT – Launching Soon in China
Today on the 29th of April 2025, Vivo has begun the pre-booking for its next Y300 GT smartphone and as per the listing on the brand’s official website for China, its sale will be held on the 9th of May 2025, next month. The upcoming Vivo Y300 GT has also been teased as the brand’s strongest Y-series smartphone in history, and it will be made available with a 15% national government subsidy.
Speaking more, interested customers in China can now pre-book the device for CNY 0, and participate in the lucky draw to win exciting gifts – which includes the soon-to-be-launched smartphone itself. By pre-booking the CNY 1 new product gift package of Vivo Y300 GT, customers can get CNY 79-worth 1-year extended warranty and CNY 69-worth smart speaker as well. Other benefits and GT personalized customization service have also been announced for the product.
About its revealed specs and features, it will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 chip and will pack a 7620mAh large battery within. An 80W wired fast charging feature and Black/Gold color choices are other specs.
Also to add, it is said that Vivo’s Y300 GT could be a re-branded version of the iQOO Z10 Turbo device. Thus features like the 6.78″ AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz resolution, 50MP (main) + 2MP (depth) dual rear camera system, 16MP selfie camera, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage can also be expected.
