Vivo X90 Series confirmed officially to launch in India, here are the details

Finally, Vivo is set to launch its much-awaited flagship phone in India. There were rumors that the company would soon announce the Vivo X90 series for Indian audiences, and today Vivo has confirmed this through its Twitter account.

However, no timeline has been officially announced yet, although earlier reports suggested that the launch would take place on April 26th, 2023. In a tweet, the company stated, “The beauty of imagination is that it can turn the ordinary into something extraordinary. Now it’s your turn to bring your imagination to life. #vivoX90Series revealing soon.”

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

Under the hood, the Vivo X90 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset paired with Immortalis-G715, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on the Android 13-based OriginOS 3 operating system and comes with a 4,810mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging. The device measures 164×74.4×8.8mm and weighs 195 grams.

The phone’s triple-camera setup on the back includes a 50MP IMX866 primary sensor with an f/1.75 aperture, OIS, EIS, and LED flash, a 12MP portrait sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 2x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 32MP front-facing camera with f/2.45 aperture.

The device offers connectivity options such as 5G, 4G LTE, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

Like the Vivo X90, the Vivo X90 Pro is also powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset, paired with the Immortalis G715 GPU, up to 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage.
