Vivo X500 Pro Max confirmed to feature a Zeiss 200MP APO Super telephoto lens; Vivo X500 Pro comes with a Zeiss 64MP APO Super telephoto

Recently, Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, announced that the flagship Vivo X500 series will launch next month in the Chinese market and shared some camera details about the upcoming series.

Today, Han Boxiao officially confirmed a few camera details of the upcoming Vivo X500 Pro Max and Vivo X500 Pro smartphones.

The Vivo X500 Pro Max features a Zeiss 200MP APO super telephoto lens with a 1/1.4 Blueprint x Samsung HPO sensor. It supports hardware 4xISZ. This generation brings three major capability upgrades:

• Long Distance: Supports the same 400mm teleconverter as the Ultra, essential for concerts, sports events, and birdwatching.
• Stability: Industry-leading CIPA 7.0 professional-grade image stabilisation, on par with the Zeiss Super Dynamic main camera
• Accuracy: Super Capture Engine, up to 30X capture, able to capture even 0.1 seconds of a stage jump or the instant a pet dashes.

The Vivo X500 Pro boasts a newly designed 85mm Zeiss 64MP APO super telephoto. It uses the Blueprint x Sony LYTIA610 sensor. It employs a very bold GG1x1 RB2x2 innovative design. The Pro model brings three upgrades

• Enhanced image stabilisation: CIPA 7.0 professional-grade image stabilisation
• Enhanced autofocus
• Enhanced telephoto video specifications: supports 4K 120fps slow motion and 4K 60fps HDR video output
• Enhanced telephoto resolution: the 85mm GG1X1 RB2X2 64MP sensor provides more room for secondary cropping.
