Following the release of its previous teaser and the dedicated microsite being made live on Flipkart, Samsung has now officially confirmed the Indian launch date of its upcoming Galaxy F70 Pro 5G smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G – India Launch Date Confirmed
As per the updated microsite hosted on Flipkart, the Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G will break cover in the Indian market on the 3rd of August 2026, and Samsung is promoting it as the segment’s only smartphone to feature a triple rear camera system with OIS support.
Looking at its revealed specifications, the upcoming Galaxy F70 Pro 5G appears to be a rebranded version of the already available Galaxy M47 5G, which itself shares its specifications with the Galaxy A27 5G.
Speaking about its pricing, the smartphone will arrive in three memory options of 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB, which are listed at INR 25,999, INR 29,999, and INR 34,999, respectively. However, with launch offers, the pricing is going to be lower than what has been shared on the microsite.
The Flipkart microsite further reveals that the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G will be offered in Alpha Black and Aura Green colour choices.
Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G – RAM Type Clarified
Apart from revealing its specifications, the fine print given at the bottom of the microsite has also cleared the confusion concerning the RAM type used on the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G.
It states, “Actual memory performance varies based on chipset support & system configuration. LPDDR5X integrated in the device together with Snapdragon Processor 6 Gen 3 processor can achieve up to LPDDR5 performance levels only.”
This means that although the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G is equipped with LPDDR5X memory, it will operate at LPDDR5-level performance, since the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor doesn’t support LPDDR5X RAM.
This clarification also helps clear the confusion surrounding the Galaxy M47 5G, which shares its specifications with the upcoming Galaxy F70 Pro 5G and had also raised questions concerning its actual RAM type and performance.
