Samsung’s next Galaxy F series smartphone, the Galaxy F70 5G, has now been confirmed to launch in the Indian market on the 18th of October 2026. Its landing page is also live on Flipkart, revealing the device’s key specifications, features, and colour options ahead of its debut.

About the Galaxy F70 5G smartphone, its triple rear-camera setup will be equipping a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. A 13MP front camera will also be given, while shake-reduction support for photos and videos has been teased.
Regarding the display, an FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection will be offered. The device features a waterdrop-style display notch, a flat frame, and a 7.5mm slim body. Additionally, a dust- and splash-resistant design has been confirmed, and Vivid Violet and Bold Black will be its colour options for Indian customers.
The Galaxy F70 5G will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1330 chip, and a 5,000mAh battery will be equipped within the device. Furthermore, 25W fast charging support will be offered as well.
On the software side, Samsung’s One UI custom skin has been mentioned, along with Circle to Search with Google and Google Gemini. Quick Share and Voice Focus are also confirmed to be a part of the smartphone.
Additionally, Samsung Wallet with Tap and Pay support will be available, while Samsung Knox Security has also been highlighted on the microsite.
The microsite also confirms that the Samsung Galaxy F70 5G will be priced under INR 20,000, as the poster displays its price as INR 1X,XXX. However, the exact launch price and corresponding memory configuration have not yet been revealed.
To note, the earlier Google Play Console Supported Devices List appearance had pointed to the Galaxy F70 5G being a rebranded version of the already launched Galaxy A17 5G. The specifications now revealed via Flipkart further suggest a close connection between the two devices.
