As expected, Samsung has now listed the Galaxy F08 4G and Galaxy M08 4G smartphones on its Samsung India website, revealing their specifications and features. The two devices were already expected to arrive as re-branded versions of the Galaxy A08 4G, which has been launched in global markets and is also expected to launch soon in India.

As mentioned, the Samsung Galaxy F08 4G and Galaxy M08 4G have been listed on the brand’s Indian website, and both smartphones share the same specifications. They feature a 6.7″ PLS LCD display with an HD+ resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and support for 16 million colours. An octa-core processor with clock speeds of up to 2.2GHz powers the devices, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, of which 45.6GB is available. Additionally, both support storage expansion of up to 2TB via a microSD card and run Android 17 OS, promising 6 years of OS/Security Updates.
Galaxy M08 4G – Feature
Speaking more about their cameras, both smartphones offer a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera and a 2MP f/2.4 secondary camera at the rear, along with an 8MP f/2.0 front camera. The rear camera setup supports autofocus, an LED flash, and up to 10× digital zoom, while OIS is not supported. Video recording at up to 1080p at 30fps and slow-motion recording at 720p at 120fps are also supported. A 6,000mAh battery backs both devices, paired with 25W fast wired charging support.
Regarding connectivity, the Galaxy F08 4G and Galaxy M08 4G support dual-SIM 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, a USB Type-C 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Their card slots accommodate two nano-SIM cards and a dedicated microSD card. GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS navigation are also supported, while NFC support is not listed.
Also to note, both smartphones measure 167.4 × 77.4 × 8mm and weigh 197g. Their sensors include an accelerometer, fingerprint sensor, ambient-light sensor, and proximity sensor. SmartThings support is available, whereas Samsung DeX, stereo audio, and Mobile TV are not supported.
Regarding pricing and availability, Samsung is yet to confirm these details for the Indian market. Based on the brand’s previous releases, the Galaxy F08 4G is expected to be available through Flipkart, while the Galaxy M08 4G is expected to be offered through Amazon India. Unofficial pricing details suggest that the Galaxy F08 4G and Galaxy M08 4G could each cost INR 16,999 for the single 4GB/64GB memory option.
Samsung Galaxy M08’s Sale Date and Pricing Revealed
A new poster is now live on Amazon India, revealing that the Galaxy M08 will go on sale on the 8th of October as part of the Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale 2026. The device has been advertised with a price tag of INR 15,999, including bank offers.
