Redmi K100 Pro series display specs officially teased ahead of launch in China

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi will be introducing its latest Redmi K100 Pro series on 11^th August in China. Pre-orders for this series have already started in the country, while the brand has also started revealing the features of the upcoming models.

Today, Redmi has shared the Redmi K100 Pro series display features via the Weibo platform.

Redmi K100 Pro Series: Display specs teased

The series features a new generation of super-pixel M11 OLED luminescent material, boosting luminous efficiency by 20%. It boasts full RGB lossless arrangement, more sub-pixels and over 2K resolution. The display offers an 185Hz ultra-high refresh rate, 4500 nits local peak brightness and a 4800Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, bringing a clearer, smoother and lower power consumption performance.

The K100 Pro series upgrades to the Xiaomi Green Mountain Eye Protection 4.0 medical-engineering integrated eye-protection concept. A new anti-motion sickness mode alleviates physiological fatigue caused by motion sickness.

Due to the use of a new generation of OLED luminescent material, overall screen efficiency is improved by 8%. With full RGB lossless arrangement, the screen is clearer than 2K and boasts lower power consumption compared to 1.5K. The display supports Hot Zone Touch 2.0, AI Game anti-accidental touch and up to a 480Hz high-sensitivity gyroscope. With Wet Hand Touch optimisation, sweaty fingers can also operate the screen stably.
