Redmi K100 confirmed to feature a 6.83-inch display and a massive 10,000 mAh battery

Yesterday, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi announced that it will be launching its all-new Redmi K100 smartphone in the Chinese market on 27^th October, and alongside this device, the company will also unveil Redmi Clip Neo.

The brand has already started teasing the key details of this upcoming Redmi K100 device, and has today shared the battery and display features of this smartphone.

Redmi K100: Display and battery features teased

The Redmi K100 features a 6.83-inch large screen that offers a 165Hz refresh rate, 480Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate, 3500Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, and 3500 nits peak brightness. The display comes with Xiaomi Green Mountain Eye Protection 4.0. It natively supports 165fps mode for over 40 games, creating a better ecosystem for a superior gaming experience. The device also supports over 100 games with frame interpolation for uninterrupted gameplay.

The smartphone boasts a massive 10,000 mAh Xiaomi Jinshajiang battery that features an ultra-high silicon-carbon content of 28% and an ultra-high energy density of 957Wh/L, delivering stable high performance even at -20 degrees Celsius. The Redmi K100 smartphone supports 100W wired fast charging, 27W wired reverse charging and bypass charging technology.
