Last month Redmi officially unveiled its upcoming Redmi A4 5G device at the IMC 2024 event. This device was revealed to be India’s first Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 powered smartphone. Though the company revealed the design of this device the launch date and other key details were still kept under wraps.
Redmi has today officially confirmed that Redmi A4 5G will be launching in India on 20th November.

The microsite for this device has been made live on Mi.com which confirms some key details about this upcoming smartphone.
Redmi A4 5G: Specs Revealed
The smartphone as already confirmed will be powered by Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 SoC built on a 4nm process. It will sport the segment’s first 6.88-inch display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. The device packs up a 50MP dual rear camera and is backed by a 5160 mAh battery. It is also said to support a fast charging feature.
Coming to its design, the device features premium Halo Glass and a sandwich design on the rear panel. It houses a circular camera module on the rear side and a waterdrop notch on the front for the selfie camera. Volume and power buttons are present on the right side. The smartphone will come in Black and Purple color options.
The pricing details were not revealed but previously the company has teased that the device will be priced under Rs.10,000.
