RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro confirmed to feature self-developed piezoelectric micropump, 185Hz refresh rate, Synaptics S3930 touch chip and more

The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro will be making its debut in the Chinese market next week, and the brand has already started teasing the features of this upcoming tablet.

Yesterday, the company revealed a few design details and colour options for the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro and today, some new features are teased.

The tablet boasts RGB water cooling lighting effect, and with customised light guide material, uniformity is improved by 200%. The company has used the same fluorinated fluid that is used in AI servers. The fluid is non-conductive, low-temperature resistant and comes with high stability. It features a self-developed piezoelectric micropump that has 8mW ultra-low power consumption, 100kPa ultra-high output pressure, and is 0.48mm ultra-thin.

It arrives with a drop-resistant and leak-proof design, while the Magic Cooling architecture includes Super large VC, Pulsation water-cooled engine and Liquid Metal 3.0. The tablet features a 9.06” OLED X10 Luminescent material display that offers 90.1% screen to body ratio, 16:10 golden aspect ratio, 1600 nits peak brightness, HDR10 support, 1ms swift response, 185Hz ultra-high refresh rate and 2.4K resolution. The display comes with Star Shield Eye Protection Technology 2.0.

The tablet is equipped with a Synaptics S3930 touch chip, which delivers 2000Hz instant tick rate, 300Hz multi-finger native touch sampling rate, 10x super resolution touch and wet hand touch support.
