Nubia’s gaming brand REDMAGIC has now confirmed that the successor to the REDMAGIC 11 Pro+ will be launched in October 2026. The upcoming smartphone will debut under the REDMAGIC 12 Pro+ moniker.

REDMAGIC 12 Pro+ – Launch Timeline
As per the poster shared by the brand which carries the text “The light of esports arrives in October,” along with the “Born for true gamers” tagline, the REDMAGIC 12 Pro+ will be launched in October 2026.
However, the brand has not yet revealed the exact launch date or any of the key specifications of the upcoming gaming smartphone.
To note, only the REDMAGIC 12 Pro+ has been teased by the brand so far, and the brand follows its previous launch strategy; the standard REDMAGIC 12 Pro could also be introduced alongside it. However, the company has not officially confirmed the Pro variant yet.
Speaking more, REDMAGIC Gaming Phones General Manager Jiang Chao had earlier announced that the REDMAGIC 12 series would feature the company’s ninth-generation under-display camera technology. The brand also claims that it will be the world’s first smartphone series to use this technology.
The new solution is revealed to offer a notch-free and punch-hole-free full-screen display. It is also claimed to improve camera concealment, front-camera image quality and overall display quality.
REDMAGIC has been working on under-display camera technology for the past five years and has introduced eight generations of the technology so far. The brand has also consistently used under-display cameras on its gaming smartphones since the REDMAGIC 8 series.
