Realme to Launch the GT 7 Pro Racing Edition Smartphone This Month in China

The Chinese smartphone maker, Realme, has been revealed to launch a new GT 7 Pro Racing Edition smartphone this month in its home market. To add, we have already come across a few details concerning this upcoming device previously.
Read more about it below.
Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition – Launching in February 2025
Following the November 2024 release of the GT 7 Pro device, Realme was believed to unveil a standard GT 7 smartphone soon, however, it seems that a GT 7 Pro Racing Edition model instead will be launching next in the series. This upcoming device is pointed out to have its launch in February 2025 itself and has been teased to offer improved performance, reportedly without a periscope telephoto camera.
To add, it has also been suggested that the ‘RMX5090’ model that was spotted earlier on the Geekbench, 3C, MIIT, and TENAA databases is in fact the GT 7 Pro Racing Edition and not the standard GT 7 device.
Few of the key specs that can thus be expected on the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, Android 15 OS (likely with Realme UI 6 on top), LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, 6.78″ OLED 8T LTPO micro-quad-curved display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera system, 16MP front camera, 6500 mAh battery backup, 120W wired fast charge support, small-sized ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, metal frame, 8.55 mm thickness, and 210 gm weight.
Since the smartphone has been teased and as we have entered its launch time frame, more updates are possibly going to be shared in the coming days, which may even confirm its launch date. Stay tuned until then.
