Alleged Realme GT 7 Smartphone Spotted on Geekbench Database Ahead of Expected Launch Time Frame

The Chinese smartphone maker, Realme, is believed to unveil its GT 7 smartphone by the end of this month in February 2025 in its home market, and we have already spotted this device on a few certification platforms of the country as well. Now, the upcoming device has made its appearance on the Geekbench database, revealing its performance specs.

Realme GT 7 – Geekbench Listing

This alleged Realme GT 7 smartphone bears the model number of ‘RMX5090’, and it has attained single-core and multi-core test scores of 2861 points and 8868 points respectively. Via the Geekbench listing, few of its other performance details/specs such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor (SM8750-AB, 2 + 6 cores, 4.32 GHz primary clock speed & 3.53 GHz performance clock speed), Adreno 830 GPU, Android 15 operating system (possibly with Realme UI 6 on top), and 16GB RAM have also been revealed.

As mentioned above, the alleged Realme GT 7 with the same model was also spotted on certain certification platforms too, such as the 3C, TENAA, and MIIT databases. These certifications as well as other reports have also revealed the upcoming device’s key specs and design too.

Apart from the Geekbench revealed specs, 8GB/12GB/16GB/24GB RAM, 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage, 6.78″ 8T LTPO quad-curved AMOLED display with 2780 x 1264 pixels resolution, 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera unit, 16MP selfie camera, 6310 mAh rated battery (6500 mAh typical battery), 120W wired fast charge feature, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint reader, face recognition, infrared sensor, Bluetooth & USB connectivity, 8.55 mm thickness, and 218 gm weight are also expected specs. To add, in comparison with the already-launched Realme GT 7 Pro device, the upcoming Realme GT 7 model is also pointed out to have a lesser weight, no periscope telephoto camera, and a ring LED light, but with an almost similar design language.

About its launch, Realme’s next GT 7 is tipped to launch in China likely at the end of this month in February 2025, and it will be arriving as the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered smartphone. Stay tuned for more updates.
