Realme has now officially launched its latest Realme 16x 5G smartphone in the Indian market. The device arrives with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a 144Hz display, a massive 7,000mAh battery, and a 50MP main camera, among several other features.

Realme 16x 5G Specs and Features
Starting with the display, the Realme 16x 5G features a 6.81″ LCD panel with an HD+ resolution of 1570 × 720 pixels, 254 PPI pixel density, and support for up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The display offers up to a 180Hz touch sampling rate, 975 nits of typical brightness, and up to 1,200 nits of HBM brightness.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, while expandable storage and USB OTG are also supported. The device is offered in 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 6GB/256GB memory configurations.
Another major highlight of the smartphone is its cooling system. The device comes equipped with an AirFlow VC cooling system covering an area of over 5,300mm², which the brand claims to be the biggest AirFlow VC cooling system in its segment.
Speaking of its cameras, the Realme 16x 5G features a 50MP main camera at the rear with an f/1.8 aperture, autofocus support, and a 75-degree field of view. At the front, the device houses an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

The rear camera supports up to 1080p video recording at 60fps on the 6GB RAM variants and above, while 720p slow-motion videos can be recorded at 120fps.
Coming to the battery, the smartphone packs a massive 7,000mAh typical battery with support for up to 45W fast charging. The device supports 45W PPS and 13.5W PD charging protocols as well.
Connectivity features include 5G, dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and USB Type-C. It does not support eSIM or NFC connectivity.
On the software side, the Realme 16x 5G runs on Realme UI 7.0. It also comes with fingerprint and facial recognition support, while its sensors include a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, electronic compass, and accelerometer. For added protection, the device features an IP65 rating and is also MIL-STD-810 certification.
In terms of dimensions, the device measures approximately 166.5 × 78.2 × 8.8mm and weighs around 217 grams.
Pricing and Availability
Speaking of its pricing, the Realme 16x 5G has been launched at INR 25,999 for the 4GB/128GB variant, while the 6GB/128GB variant is priced at INR 27,999. The top-end 6GB/256GB variant comes with a price tag of INR 30,999.
The smartphone will go on sale starting tomorrow, August 13th 2026, and will be available through Flipkart, the Realme India website, and authorised online and offline retail stores. It will be offered in Glory White and Endurance Brown colour options.

As part of the launch offers, buyers can avail a flat INR 2,000 instant discount, while up to nine months of no-cost EMI will also be available with Bajaj Finserv.
