Yesterday, POCO officially confirmed that its latest POCO M8x 5G will be launching in India on 21st August, and the brand also teased some key details of this device via the Flipkart microsite.
Today, POCO has shared the battery and charging details of this upcoming smartphone.
POCO M8x 5G: Battery and charging details teased
The smartphone is equipped with a 7900 mAh battery and offers up to 3 days of power. With this battery capacity, the device provides 37 hours of endless social scrolling, 27 days of non-stop messaging, 13 hours of uninterrupted gaming, 13 hours of continuous navigation and 64 hours of pauseless music.
The POCO M8x 5G supports 45W fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging. As per POCO, a day’s charge is obtained in just 30 minutes.
Coming to the previously revealed features, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 SoC, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It boasts a 650K+ AnTuTu score.
The device boasts triple cooling technology: 12,439mm2 ultra-large graphite cooling (efficiently spreads heat across the device), 1924mm2 copper foil layer (enhances heat dissipation from critical components) and 3.5W high-efficiency thermal gel (improves heat conduction between chipset & cooling layers). It is optimised for 48 months of lag-free usage.
