Xiaomi has now unveiled its latest POCO F9 series in the global markets, consisting of the POCO F9 Pro and POCO F9 Ultra smartphones. As expected, the devices have arrived as rebranded versions of the Redmi K100 Pro and Redmi K100 Pro Max, respectively, which were previously launched in China.
Joining these two devices is the POCO X8 5G, which has also made its global debut. Its India launch is scheduled for September 3rd, 2026, alongside the POCO X8 Power 5G smartphone.

POCO F9 Ultra – Specifications and Pricing
On the performance side, the POCO F9 Ultra comes equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with the VisionBoost D8 chipset and WildBoost Engine. The smartphone is claimed to have achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of 4,165,108 points.
The device features a 6.9″ ultra-bright AMOLED display with up to a 185Hz refresh rate. It further makes use of POCO HyperRGB display technology and an M11 display panel, while Xiaomi Vision Care features are also supported.
For photography, the smartphone offers a 200MP triple-camera system with optical image stabilisation. It consists of a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera. A 32MP camera is present on the front for selfies and video calls.
The device packs an 8,050mAh battery and supports 100W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge. Moreover, it offers 27W wired and 22.5W wireless reverse charging.
Other features include a Sound by Bose-tuned 2.1-channel audio system, IP68-rated dust and water resistance, and eSIM support. The smartphone is offered in Black and Dark Cherry colour options, while its base variant comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

POCO F9 Pro – Specifications and Pricing
Coming to the POCO F9 Pro, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series processor. It also features the VisionBoost D8 chipset, WildBoost Engine, and POCO’s 3D IceLoop cooling system.
The smartphone sports a 6.59″ ultra-bright AMOLED display with up to a 185Hz refresh rate. Similar to the Ultra model, its display uses POCO HyperRGB technology and an M11 panel, along with Xiaomi Vision Care features.
On the camera side, the POCO F9 Pro features a 200MP triple-camera system. It consists of a 200MP OIS-enabled main camera, a 50MP floating telephoto camera with OIS and 2.5x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The device also carries a 32MP front-facing camera.
It is backed by a 6,330mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless HyperCharge support. The smartphone further offers 27W wired reverse charging and 22.5W wireless reverse charging.
For audio, the device features Sound by Bose tuning and symmetrical stereo speakers. Its Aurora Green colour option comes with a full-panel luminous rear design that absorbs light and emits a soft glow in dark surroundings. A metallic CD-pattern design is also present on the rear panel.

Other display features include DC dimming, 3840Hz PWM dimming, 16,000 automatic brightness adjustment levels, Sunlight Display, Wet Touch Technology 2.0, and HEVC support. The device has also received TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Circadian Friendly, and Flicker Free certifications.
On the performance side, the smartphone is powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 SoC is being offered with 6GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB memory configurations. It uses LPDDR4X RAM, while the 128GB variant comes with UFS 2.2 storage and the 256GB variants use UFS 3.1 storage.
For photography, the device features a 50MP OIS-enabled main camera accompanied by a 2MP depth camera.
