The Chinese manufacturer Oppo has finally introduced its Oppo Pad Air 5 in its home country, China. This tablet arrives as the rebranded version of the recently launched OnePlus Pad Go 2.

Oppo Pad Air 5 (OPD2501): Features

The tablet comes with model number OPD2501. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300- Ultra SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The device sports a 12.1-inch LCD display that offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, 2800×1980 pixel screen resolution, a color gamut of 98% DCI-P3, and 100% sRGB. It boasts a 540Hz maximum touch sampling rate and a peak global brightness of up to 900 nits. The Soft Light version features a new generation of high-precision nano-etching technology that improves clarity by 22% and eliminates 97% of ambient light interference.

It packs 8MP rear and front camera sensors. The tablet is backed by a 10,050 mAh battery and supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. It measures 266.01×192.77×6.83mm and weighs 597g (WiFi version)/ 599g (SIM card version). The device runs on ColorOS 16.

Other features include USB Type-C, WiFi 6, TUV Rheinland Smart Eye Protection certification, super linear quad speaker, single SIM, exclusive learning spaces, 5G network sharing, Application relay, notes material flow in one shot, lightning-fast file transfer with iPhone, data transfer support with Insta360 Go Ultra, and file transfer with other Android brands.

The tablet comes in Starlight Powder, Space Grey, Starlight Pink Soft Light version, and Space Grey soft light version colours.
