OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition Smartphone Performance and Gaming Related Specs Teased Ahead of its Launch
The Chinese smartphone maker – OnePlus will be officially launching the Ace 5 Extreme series next week in its home market and followed by the earlier updates, new teaser updates have been shared. Via the new teasers, the performance and gaming related specifications and features of the upcoming Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition smartphone have been revealed.

OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition – Teased Performance and Gaming Specs
The upcoming OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition is teased to be the first to feature an e-sports triple core system with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ flagship used in it, and it ensures 0 frame drop. Additionally, the Fenchi Game Core has also been equipped within the device, thereby providing 8% gaming performance improvement and 15% gaming power reduction. The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition also supports 1% low frame rate and assures a smoother gaming experience at critical moments – like Smoke Bomb Duels and Dragon Pit Team Battles.
Speaking more, with the industry’s strongest 1% low frame rate, large MOBA mobile gaming frame rate is as high as 118.3 frames and large open world mobile gaming frame rate is as high as 56.1 frames. Furthermore, the self-developed Fengchi Game Core and MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chip together offers the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition infinite full frame for the first time on a Dimensity platform. Mainstream games can thus run at full frame rate for more than 5 hours.
OnePlus is also offering a 120 FPS gaming and simultaneous video calling feature on the Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition model, thanks to the native-level 120 frames capability offered by the Fenchi Game Core along with smooth GPU rendering. 120 frames and 1.5K resolution can both be enjoyed by users on the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultrta/Extreme Edition when playing a large open world mobile game.
The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition has also received the Competition-Level Strength Certification, and is now the official competition phone of PEL Professional League. Finally, the Lingxi Touch Chip with the Lingxi Touch Algorithm has also been added and is designed for extreme gaming operations. Industry-leading 3000Hz transient response sampling rate, industry-leading 300Hz five-finger sampling rate, and industry-leading 290Hz ten-finger sampling rate are part of this. Also to note, the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition has passed the Peace Elite Professional League Tournament-Level Touch Certification too.

Regarding the launch, the OnePlus Ace 5 Extreme series consisting of the Ace 5 Ultra/Extreme Edition and Ace 5 Racing Edition will be officially unveiled in the Chinese market on the 27th of May 2025. The same day will also mark the launch of the OnePlus Buds 4 earbuds as well.
