Motorola Razr 60 Ultra launched in India being the first flip phone to feature snapdragon 8 elite and 3 OS upgrades + 4 years of security updates

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra has now been announced for the Indian market. While it has already been launched globally and in the Chinese market, there is no change in specifications from what we saw in the global variant, as these were already revealed when the Amazon microsite went live.
Specs and Features
It sports a large 6.96-inch FlexView internal foldable pOLED screen with FHD+ resolution (1224×2992 pixels) and a variable 1–165Hz LTPO refresh rate. The internal display now boasts impressive brightness levels of up to 4,000 nits at peak.
On the exterior, the device retains the spacious 4-inch QuickView pOLED display (1272×1080 pixels), also featuring a 1–165Hz LTPO refresh rate with enhanced brightness capabilities of up to 3,000 nits. This outer screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic.
This is the first flip phone to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device runs on Android 15, with Motorola promising three major OS updates and four years of security patches.
Photography capabilities have been significantly enhanced with a dual-camera system featuring a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera also features a 50MP sensor for high-quality selfies.
Motorola has placed special emphasis on AI features with the Razr 60 Ultra. The device includes “Moto AI prompts” such as Catch Me Up, Pay Attention, and Remember This, which the company says have evolved based on user feedback. A dedicated AI Key allows quick access to Moto AI from anywhere on the device. The phone also includes a Look & Talk feature that enables hands-free operation when in stand or tent mode.
Battery life should be robust with a 4700mAh capacity, supported by 68W TurboPower fast charging and 30W wireless charging capabilities.
The Razr 60 Ultra features an IP48 water resistance rating and includes connectivity options such as 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. The device measures 73.99mm in width (both open and closed), 171.48mm in height when open (88.12mm when closed), and has a thickness of 7.29mm when open (15.69mm when closed), weighing in at 189g.
Pricing and Availability
It has been launched in a single memory option of 16GB/512GB and is currently listed at ₹99,999. However, with bank offers, it will be available at ₹89,999. Unlike the global variant, it has been introduced in three colour options: Pantone FSC-Certified Wood, Pantone Scarab, and Pantone Rio Red. It will be available for purchase via Amazon India, Reliance Digital, Motorola India website and other leading retail stores.
